Our Process

  1. Consultation
Please make a showroom appointment to meet with our systems design team. Bring your room dimensions and your wish list for the project. Fixtures and finishes will be discussed broadly, but no specific decisions need to be made at this point.
  2. Presentation
During the second showroom meeting, we will present our proposals with drawings and an estimate for the work and materials discussed. With a detailed explanation, you will gain a clear understanding of our ideas and recommendations together with the rationale behind them. By the end of this meeting, we hope that you have enough information to decide to proceed.

At this point, you will be asked to settle a design retainer before any drawings will be released or amended, and site visits arranged. The design retainer is credited to your account when you place your order. Should you decide not to proceed, the fee paid will remain on account with Inform Interiors for a period of two years for you to use in the store.
  3. Refinement
At this stage, your designer will visit your site to verify measurements and site conditions. Changes may be made based on our findings. Once the final design has been confirmed, a contract will be issued with a fixed quotation for the final project, incorporating cabinetry, fixtures, and installation.
  4. Commencement
To confirm an order, a signed contract and the specified deposit will be required, normally 50% of the total contract. The final detailed service drawings will then be completed and issued to all appropriate parties.

All component parts for the system are ordered from our suppliers. Lead time for systems is typically 16 weeks from the date of order. There may be seasonal variations.
  5. Installation
An installation date is mutually agreed upon and continued liaison between our team and your contractors monitors the condition and progress of your site. The full remaining balance will be due ten working days prior to the delivery and installation on site.

The actual installation on site is likely to take between 5 and 7 days depending on the size of the project. During installation, our design team will visit the site as often as necessary to remain in close contact. We recommend that your contractor's plumber and/or electrician are on-site during the final days of our installation to connect the fixtures to the service.
