About

While our team is ever-expanding, most of our sales associates, procurement department and logistics team have been with Inform for years, some for decades. 

Absolutely not. We honour the integrity and quality that only the manufacturing of licensed products can offer. All products we represent are originals.

All over the world. The majority of our product is being manufactured by brands in Italy and Scandinavia but you'll also find brands throughout Europe, Japan, and even several from here in Vancouver, Canada. 

The parking garage is accessed through Blood Alley behind the 50 Water Street showroom. Once you are at the gate, call the showroom at 604-682-3868 and we will open the door for you.

In recent years we have donated to a number of local not-for-profit and social enterprises; Arts Umbrella, Ballet BC, YWCA Hotel, and the Blue Cabin Floating Artist Residency. Currently, we are focused on charities that provide for those in need within Gastown and the neighbouring areas of the DTES.

Online Orders

Local Pick Up 

We are currently offering local pick-up from our Gastown Showroom or East Vancouver Warehouse.

If ‘Pickup in Store’ is selected, someone from our team will be in touch within one business day to advise when and where your item will be ready. 

Please note that warehouse pick-ups are by appointment only.

Shipping 

Orders under $200, before taxes, can be shipped within British Columbia for $30 or within Canada for $35. 

Orders over $200 but under $1000, before taxes, are eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, tall ladders, heavy outdoor accessories such as Atelier Vierkant pots/planters, and select chairs. 

Orders over $1000, before taxes, will be subject to a shipping fee of 12% of the overall order, automatically applied at check-out.

Local Delivery

Furniture orders will have delivery and/or assembly coordinated with the Inform delivery team. 

Please note, oversized items and/or items requiring technical installation will be subject to additional charges. These will be quoted based on the order and the delivery location.

Special Order items, standard or made-to-order, are considered Final Sale, cannot be canceled or returned, and are entirely non-refundable. All items that are sold at a discounted Sale or Promotional price are final.

In-stock items purchased online can be returned up to 7 days after the date of receiving the order. Items must be in original packaging and in brand-new, unused condition. If your item is not returned in unused condition, Inform retains the right to refuse the return. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any defects and damages on a product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item with no exceptions.

Variations in materials such as wood, marble, stone and concrete are natural and considered a part of the design of the final product and will not be accepted as a reason for returns or exchanges.

Fabric and material swatches are for reference only; slight variations may occur.

Our online shop is currently offering shipping within Canada only; we are unable to accommodate international or US shipping online at this time. If US shipping is required please contact the showroom by phone, email, or in person.

Lead times vary from a few days to several weeks. For Special Order lead-times are approximate and subject to change.

Please inquire about the specific piece(s) that you are considering for a more exact timeframe. 

Showroom Orders

Many of our made to order pieces have the option to have them upholstered with a custom textile. There are concerns when it comes to taking this route. Contact your sales associate for details.

We do. If you are looking for a special discount for floor model pieces, signup for our newsletter and stay informed about our warehouse sales.

If you require a special appointment to consider your purchases in person, please reach out to your sales associate or send us an email and special arrangements can be made.

By placing an order with Inform for the items listed on the Sales Order, the client accepts the following: all orders require a 50% deposit to process, the balance is due when the goods arrive to the Inform warehouse and prior to delivery; colour and material swatches are only for reference and slight variations may occur; orders are non-cancelable, deposits are non-refundable and furniture is non-returnable; the given lead times are approximate and subject to change; goods are not to be stored at the Inform warehouse longer than 30 days after their arrival without charges.
