Sir Kenneth Grange

Sir Kenneth Grange is one of Britain’s most celebrated industrial designers and a founding partner of the iconic design practice, Pentagram. Over a career spanning more than half a century, Grange has shaped the everyday—from lamps and cameras to InterCity trains and London’s Black Taxis. Since 2003, he has served as Design Director for the renowned British lighting company Anglepoise. His contributions to design have earned him numerous accolades, including two Prince Philip Designers Prizes, ten Design Council Awards, and a Gold Medal from the Chartered Society of Designers. Grange was knighted in 2013 for his outstanding services to design.
