Luca Nichetto
Luca Nichetto (1976) was born in Venice, where his artistic talents were influenced by the local Murano glassmaking industry. His career began in school, selling designs to local factories, and he later studied at the Istituto Statale d’Arte and graduated in industrial design from Università Iuav di Venezia in 1998. In 1999, he joined Murano-based glassmaker Salviati and became a product designer for Foscarini. He founded Nichetto Studio in 2006 and moved to Stockholm in 2011, where he opened a second studio, blending Italian flair with Swedish modernity and sustainability.
