Jørgen Høj

Jørgen Høj (1925-1994) was a notable designer known for his functional furniture and interior design approach. After completing his education at the School for Arts and Crafts in 1950, he developed a progressive design philosophy alongside his friend and fellow designer Poul Kjærholm. Their collaboration, Self-Assembled Furniture, showcased at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild exhibition in 1952, highlighted innovative concepts in modular design.
