Harri Koskinen
Harri Koskinen (1970-) is a versatile Finnish designer who was educated at the Lahti Institute of Design and the University of Art and Design in Helsinki. He gained international acclaim in 1996 with the Block lamp, now a Scandinavian design classic and part of MoMA's permanent collection since 2000. Koskinen's work spans furniture, tableware, glassware, lighting, watches, textiles, and more. In 2009, he founded his brand, Harri Koskinen Works, to produce his own furniture range. His designs emphasize functionality and strict aesthetic criteria, consistently seeking innovative solutions for consumers and producers alike.
