Japanese designer Hagino Mitsunobu, who specializes in kitchen product design, is from Niigata, a city where metalworking is a regional specialty. He is best known for his award-winning FD Style line, whose minimalist creations pare down each tool to its essential elements. Mitsunobu designed this range of stainless steel tools for the home chef as they do not rust, are easy to care for after use, and have an ergonomic, comfortable feel.
