The experienced in-store and online sales teams are well-versed in design history, current trends, and technology. They attend comprehensive and regular in-depth training directly from designers and manufacturers. Their style, materials, and logistics expertise guide clients from initial planning to delivery.

The friendly warehouse and delivery teams have the knowledge, skills, and tools to ensure smooth delivery and assembly of goods to clients' homes and take great care in handling the items. They carefully install and place items, ensuring everything is in its perfect place. They remove any packaging, leaving the space clean and ready to enjoy.

Inform is known for its breathtaking showrooms and window displays. The merchandising team works to create accessible and inspiring displays and has fun with window designs that range from chic to playful to educational to all of the above.
